Position Overview
The role will involve managing a broad range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, absence management, payroll support, HR administration, and UKVI compliance.
Qualifications
* Previous HR generalist experience
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR processes
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* High attention to detail and confidentiality
* CIPD Level 5 experience would be advantageous but not essential
