Site Manager – SFS, Roofing & Cladding
Location: Port Talbot (Princess Royal Theatre)
Contract: 4–6 Months
Start: ASAP
Day rate: £280 CIS
Our client, a specialist contractor delivering SFS, roofing and cladding packages, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee operations on a live project in Port Talbot.
With project teams mobilising over the next six weeks, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading site operations, maintaining program performance, and ensuring strong communication with the main contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee SFS, roofing and cladding works on site
* Manage subcontract teams and daily coordination
* Maintain program, sequencing and progress reporting
* Uphold high standards of quality, safety and compliance
* Attend client and site progress meetings
* Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep work on track
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience managing façade/external envelope packages
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams on a live construction site
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (preferred)
