The Catering Manager will manage the daily operations of a busy restaurant and coffee bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and a 5-star service standard
Key duties include leading marketing activities, holding team briefings, managing food preparation compliance with HACCP, overseeing financial duties, and managing stock control
Requirements include previous experience in contract catering, strong organizational skills, a passion for food and customer service, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in Excel
