We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Sales Executive to oversee and optimize the performance of our Vivactive and Hydrosure ecommerce brands across multiple online marketplaces.


Responsibilities:

1. Manage our Marketplace sales (Amazon, eBay)
2. Manage product listings, content updates, and categorization to ensure optimal visibility and compliance on each marketplace.
3. Conduct daily audits of listings for errors or policy violations and resolve issues promptly.
4. Monitor seller performance metrics (e.g., late shipment rate, order defect rate, feedback) and take corrective actions to maintain high scores.
5. Track and respond to customer queries, returns, and feedback across platforms to maintain brand reputation.
6. Oversee our Amazon Seller Central account, monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and key metrics via Seller Central dashboard.
7. Manage Buy Box eligibility, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and voice of the customer (VoC) reports.
8. Launch and optimize deals, promotions, and coupons.
9. Oversee FBA and FBM processes, ensuring timely stock replenishment and shipment tracking.
10. Use data to identify trends, keyword opportunities, and conversion blockers.
11. Maintain the Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) platform, optimize data feeds and product templates across multiple marketplaces.
12. Troubleshoot and resolve feed errors, mapping mismatches, and system sync issues.
13. Set and monitor pricing rules, dynamic repricing strategies, and stock buffers.
14. Schedule and run regular updates to ensure content and inventory are current.
15. Collaborate with IT or support teams to improve automation and integrations where possible.


Requirements:

* Proven experience setting up and managing Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces in the UK; EU experience preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) or similar multichannel platforms.
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and performance data.
* Experience with marketplace compliance policies and content optimization.
* Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination and customer interaction.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
* Experience in Healthcare or Gardening/outdoor Product Categories is preferred.
* Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Wise Robot, etc.
* Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC (Amazon Ads), and feed optimization best practices.
