Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a leading financial consultancy business based in London. We're looking to find a Total Rewards Manager to join their HR team. This is a permanent role where you'll be leading a small team, tasked with overseeing the payroll, compensation and benefits globally.
Working for a small sized business circa 100 headcount, this role will manage aspects of Payroll, benefits, compensation and global Mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Management:
o Develop and implement comprehensive compensation structures, including base pay, variable pay, and incentive programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry benchmarks.
o Conduct regular analysis of compensation trends and market data to ensure competitiveness and equity within the organization.
o Lead salary review processes, including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments, while adhering to budgetary constraints and compensation guidelines.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
1. Oversee the design, administration, and communication of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
