A high-growth brokerage in the commodities space is hiring a junior sales professional to support its expansion in the agricultural trading market.
This is a commercial, client-facing role for someone with a solid foundation in B2B sales who’s ready to take on a fast-paced, market-driven environment.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining a sales pipeline, developing client relationships, identifying trading opportunities and supporting broader market engagement efforts including events and content.
It’s a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s resilient, driven by performance, and naturally confident in communicating at all levels. An interest in commodities, particularly agriculture, is essential.
Key requirements:
* A minimum of one year’s experience in B2B sales
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proven ability to hit targets and manage time effectively
* Confident with cold outreach and lead generation
* Curious about global markets and commercially aware
