Fit Out Site Manager (Nights) Southampton | 5-Month Contract | High-Rise Residential We are working with a large scale developer, looking for a Fit-out manager to manage the night works whilst delivering a high-spec, multi-unit high-rise scheme in Southampton city centre. This is a strong opportunity for a Fit Out Site Manager to join a residential project at a critical stage, taking ownership of night works through to completion. Night works will focus on: MEP closing out Corridor service connections Integration and closing-up works High-spec internal finishes Traditional ground-floor completion The Role As Night Shift Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing and coordinating works during critical integration and fit-out stages.
