Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional, high-value residential projects?
This is a rare opportunity to take the lead on a large scale prime residential project in East Sussex, a landmark scheme combining heritage detail, craftsmanship, and contemporary luxury.
You’ll be joining a highly respected main contractor known for their work on some of the most prestigious private homes, heritage restorations, and bespoke country estates. They’re looking for a hands-on leader who can deliver complex builds with precision, quality, and care.
The Role:
As the lead on site, you’ll take full ownership of delivery; driving programme, quality, safety, and budget performance from start to finish.
You will:
* Oversee all site activities, coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
* Manage programme, logistics, and change control to ensure timely delivery.
* Lead on-site safety and quality, always setting the highest standards.
* Build trusted relationships with clients and design teams.
* Inspire, mentor, and motivate your team to perform at their best.
About You:
You’ll bring:
* Proven experience managing projects of £8m+ in prime residential or heritage construction.
* Strong technical, contractual, and commercial understanding.
* Confident leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
* Proficiency in Power Project (or similar) for planning and programming.
* A proactive attitude to health, safety, and environmental standards.
