Role Profile:
* Proactively generate leads and build a robust pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
* Make high-volume outbound calls to identify and qualify potential clients.
* Research target industries and accounts to craft compelling outreach strategies and tailored pitches.
* Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, compliance leaders, and other key stakeholders.
* Conduct needs assessments, product demos, and negotiations to close deals across the full sales cycle.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve market fit.
* Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records and pipeline visibility in the CRM.
Person Specification:
* 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting and cold calling.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas through high-energy outreach and consultative selling.
* Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-starter with a competitive mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Experience selling compliance, risk, legal, or HR SaaS solutions (preferred).
* Strong research and account mapping capabilities.
* Proficient in CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
