This is your opportunity to join a supportive education centre for learners 18+ years with SEN needs. This centre offers every learner a safe place to thrive and is committed to supporting their development of knowledge and skills that will enhance their well being, independence and social inclusion, making significant differences to their lives. In this role you would support learners on a 1:1 and small group basis. This setting currently supports 60 individuals and has been successfully supporting learners for over 10 years. This setting has a long waiting list and is hugely regarded in the community. This setting is Ofsted Outstanding and award winning and can offer every employee fully funded training and qualifications and excellent rates of pay. Applicants for this role must be available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Part time applicants must be available 3-4 days a week.

Level 2 Diploma in teaching and learning (desirable not essential)
Relevant support work or teaching assistant experience/ Voluntary or paid experience considered (Must be able to provide references)
Supporting young people with complex needs on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis with their education activities/objectives.
Within a week of the closing date, appropriate applicants will begin a three-stage interview process, after which shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the final stage of the interview process with appropriate school leadership.
