* Deliver training and guidance to staff on all QHSE-related matters
* Oversee quality assurance of both management systems and technical outputs
* Monitor and report on QHSE performance, risks, and trends to senior stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and environmental legislation
* Support risk management, emergency preparedness, and process safety initiatives
What we’re looking for:
A confident QHSE professional with experience in high-complexity industries such as energy, engineering, or manufacturing. You’re a systems-thinker who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about embedding a culture of quality and safety.
Required experience and qualifications:

* Strong experience in developing and managing QHSE systems
* Understanding of process safety management
* Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
* Proficiency in incident reporting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement frameworks
* Comfortable working across both office and project site environments
Desirable:
* Relevant QHSE certifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, Lead Auditor)
* Experience in renewable energy or clean technology sectors
* Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability best practices
* Knowledge of risk management and emergency response planning
Why join?
* Be part of a mission-driven company working on critical energy transition projects
* Influence culture and systems during a period of high growth and innovation
* Collaborate with a talented, passionate team dedicated to making a real impact
* Enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to grow your career in a future-focused industry
