Position: Immediate openings in Primary, Secondary Schools and Tuition Centres
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Learning Mentor for Children and Young People with Additional Needs. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the educational and personal development of pupils who require extra assistance due to various learning challenges. Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualised academic support tailored to the specific needs of each pupil.
Assist pupils in understanding concepts, completing assignments, and developing effective study skills.
Offer emotional support, creating a safe space for pupils to express themselves and build confidence.
Set achievable goals and milestones, tracking progress and celebrating successes.
Advocate for the rights and needs of pupils with additional needs within the educational system.
Liaise with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to support.
Empower pupils to become more independent learners and develop essential life skills.

Salary: £85 - £100 per day
