About the Role As HR Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting all areas of the employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding through to payroll administration, absence tracking, and HR systems management. You’ll work closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure compliance, excellent service delivery, and high-quality employee data across our HR platforms. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and update employee data * Prepare monthly payroll inputs * Draft employment contracts and HR correspondence * Track and report on holidays, sickness, and other absences * Support recruitment campaigns, arrange interviews, and complete Right-to-Work checks * Assist with onboarding, induction, and probation processes * Ensure HR records are GDPR-compliant and audit-ready * Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communications * Provide occasional cover for reception or office coordination duties About You You’ll be a confident communicator with a proactive approach and a keen eye for detail.
