Business Coaching Events Sales Executive
£25k basic with £50-75k uncapped OTE, Chelmsford, Permanent, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (with some weekend and evening commitments required)
Our client, a fast-paced and high growth company, is the UK's leading training organisation helping thousands of Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Celebrities build, grow and scale their business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in face-to-face sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with customers and businesses.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Helping facilitate and run training and coaching events, and networking face-to-face with clients throughout the event
* Effectively managing the customer through the entire event, including initial meeting, building rapport, qualification of needs, solution presentation, sales closing, and follow-ups
* Building rapport and lasting relationships with customers/clients and businesses to ensure repeat business
* Updating CRM's and following up leads during downtime via telephone and video calls
Your Background & Skill
* 5 years minimum experience of working within a face-to-face sales role
* Ability to empathise with business owners and establish their pains and needs when growing their business
* Proven ability to follow a sales process and over achieve on targets
* Passion, confidence, drive, energy, talent, and character
* Well presented with a desire and attitude to succeed
* Ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers face-to-face or over the phone
