Quality Manager - Bretby
Are you interested in quality management and laboratory accreditation? This could be your opportunity to excel as a Quality Manager, playing a vital role in supporting SOCOTEC's continued success.
Responsibilities
* Leading and managing day‑to‑day quality functions, ensuring the Management System supporting UKAS accreditation 17025 and all applicable MCerts is established, implemented, maintained, and compliant with all clauses.
* Audit scheduling and planning, undertaking management system audits and assisting with technical audits within the labs, while leading UKAS, customer, and other external audits.
* Managing quality control, customer complaints, and internal NCRs, ensuring all issues raised from audits are resolved in a timely manner in conjunction with appropriate Business Unit representatives.
* Convening management reviews and leading monthly Quality meetings with business units, focusing on trends and closing out actions generated from the meetings.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years' quality experience.
* Internal auditing experience and training.
* Proven and demonstrable track record of success in a Quality role.
* A thorough understanding of Chemistry and Laboratory terminologies and approaches.
