About The Role

You will be working within our North East & Cumbria business, where you will:

Deliver quality advice, support and guidance through all stages of pre-construction and operational delivery to minimise the risk of defective work.

Supporting the project teams to ensure we maintain exceptional quality standards for our customers.

Influence, share and feedback best practice and lessons learnt from local and national Quality Forums.

Responsible for identifying, arranging and completing quality training aligned with focus points and project activities.

Oversee aftercare on completed projects, ensuring that our customers continue to benefit from our expertise post completion.

About You

An experienced Manager with demonstrable knowledge/experience of quality management principles along with technical awareness.Good management skills, with the ability to motivate self and colleagues, excellent organisational, planning and time management skills; able to manage activities / projects simultaneously without compromising on standards and quality, sound knowledge of the construction industry, ability to ensure standards and specifications are met, ability to work with colleagues to contribute to project and operational performance, sound knowledge of construction practices and standards.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
