We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Executive to become an integral part of our sales team operating within a dynamic members' club environment, with a strong reputation and being a successful wedding venue. Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Managing incoming sales enquiries and converting leads into bookings
- Driving sales across weddings, corporate events, golf days, membership, and private functions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, members, and local businesses
- Developing new business opportunities and partnerships through outreach and networking
- Conducting site visits and client meetings
- Coordinating with the events and hospitality teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Achieving agreed targets
- Audit, mystery shop and spot-check compliance.
- Maintaining accurate records and contract paperwork
- Hospitality sector experience is essential
- Experience of working in sales in a target driven environment is desirable but not essential.
- Good communication skills: Verbal, Written and Listening.
- Good time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills to work alongside a wider team.
- Ability to drive and have own vehicle is desirable but not essential for networking opportunities, Organised and enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude and attention to detail.
