Job Summary
RGM Cranes UK is part of the international RGM Cranes Group, operating across multiple countries and delivering turnkey lifting solutions. Including gantries, overhead cranes, electric chain hoists, wire rope hoists, and a wide range of lifting equipment. We are now looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen our presence in the UK market.
Responsibilities
* Identify new business opportunities across multiple sectors .
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
* Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (lifting, engineering, or industrial sector experience preferred).
* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
