The Labourer will be paired with a roofer and will support on site, carrying out jobs, arranging materials for the job.The Roofing Labourer will at times be up ladders and, on the roof, supporting the roofer and therefore will need to be comfortable with working at height. They will need to be Health and Safety aware and will be key in helping with hazard spotting, holding ladders and supporting others.We are looking for someone with good customer service skills as they will be in regular contact with residents and suppliers.The labourers provide a disposal and clearance service for the roofing team.Our in-house maintenance team core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.What you'll bring:Full manual driving licenceStrong can do attitudeGood understanding of Health and SafetyExcellent customer service skillsRight first time approachAbout L&Q:Were one of the UKs leading housing associations and developers.
