Job Title: Site Manager – Commercial Fit Out Location: Nuneaton, CV10 (local candidates only) Contract Type: Fixed Term About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a high-profile project at a private Automotive R&D Research Park in Nuneaton. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is a client-facing role, so excellent communication and relationship management skills are essential. Key Responsibilities * Manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (SMSTS). * Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, operatives, and deliveries to meet programme deadlines. * Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship. * Manage site administration, including reports, progress updates, and daily logs using Procore. * Act as the primary point of contact for the client on site, maintaining professional relationships and addressing queries or concerns. * Ensure all site personnel hold the correct CSCS qualifications and relevant First Aid certifications. * Liaise with design, planning, and procurement teams to resolve any site issues efficiently. * Manage a team of up to 25 operatives, typically 10–15 on site at any given time.
