We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a series of small works and maintenance packages within a live hospital environment. This role requires someone with previous PFI background and experience delivering work within sensitive, clinical settings. Key Responsibilities: * Day-to-day management of small works and maintenance projects * Liaising with hospital staff, subcontractors, and project stakeholders * Ensuring compliance with strict health and safety protocols * Managing logistics and coordination in a live, operational hospital * Maintaining project timelines and quality standards Requirements: * SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid (all in date) * Proven experience working within live hospital environments * Strong knowledge of PFI contract environments * Experience managing small works and maintenance packages * Professional, calm, and safety-focused approach This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an essential healthcare facility, working in a dynamic and controlled environment where experience and attention to detail are key.
