Grosvenor house is a residential Service for homeless families. The service accommodates 18 families for short term placements as more independent housing solutions are sourced. During this time families are supported in a person-centred approach helping them to address issues which may have led to their homelessness. The team are looking for a part time Cleaner to assist with the running of the building.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out cleaning duties as required.
2. Working in line with all relevant legislation and guidelines to protect clients, colleagues, staff and visitors from abuse, accident, or injury.
The successful candidate(s) will also need to demonstrate:
3. Previous experience in cleaning and the proper use of cleaning equipment
4. Knowledge of relevant health & safety requirements and procedures
5. Ability to work effectively to a high standard and with minimal supervision
6. Ability to follow a cleaning schedule to ensure all the building is cleaned on a weekly basis
