Summary:
Our Commercial Banking client is expanding its digital delivery capability and is hiring a number of Power Platform Developers to support a growing portfolio of automation and customer-centric solutions.
These roles will play a key part in designing and delivering scalable applications and workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform. This is an opportunity to work in a regulated enterprise environment where your solutions will directly improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
The Role
As a Power Platform Developer, you will:
* Design and build solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
* Develop automated workflows using Power Automate
* Integrate solutions with enterprise systems and data sources
* Apply governance, security and best practice within a regulated banking environment
* Collaborate with Delivery Leads, Product Owners and SMEs to translate requirements into scalable solutions
* Ensure robust testing, documentation and deployment standards
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps
* Proven experience building flows in Power Automate
* Experience integrating with APIs, SharePoint, Dataverse or enterprise data sources
* Understanding of solution lifecycle management and environments
* Experience working within structured delivery frameworks
* Strong stakeholder communication skills
Desirable:
* Exposure to Microsoft Copilot / AI-enhanced development
* Experience in Banking or Financial Services
* Understanding of governance and controls in regulated environments
