As our HR Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all things HR. You'll lead recruitment, support staff with HR queries, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and help create a welcoming, supportive environment for teachers and support staff.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Overseeing recruitment, and onboarding
* Managing payroll, benefits, and HR records
* Advising staff and leadership on HR policies and best practices
* Promoting a positive, inclusive trust culture
* Ensuring compliance with employment law and safeguarding requirements
What We're Looking For:
* Previous HR experience (education sector a plus)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to handle confidential matters with care
* Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
* A friendly, approachable, and solution-focused mindset
