I’m delighted to be partnering once again with the team at the Marine Hotel Ballycastle to recruit a Sales Executive for their beautiful seafront hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional who is passionate about hospitality, relationship-building, and purpose-led business.
The Marine Hotel is a truly special place. Situated on the breathtaking Antrim coast, it offers panoramic views across the sea to Scotland and has built a reputation for its warm, welcoming atmosphere. As a B Corp-certified business, the hotel is committed to sustainability, community, and making a positive impact through everything they do.
The Role
You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth across leisure, corporate, and events. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and event planners, while also representing the hotel at trade shows and networking events. Working closely with the marketing team, you will create engaging, values-driven campaigns and identify new opportunities for ethical growth.
What you’ll have:
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel sales or a similar hospitality role
* A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
* A genuine passion for sustainability, community engagement, and ethical business practices
