Position: Sales Executive
Salary: £25,000-£28,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission
Location: Nottingham City Centre (Hybrid: 2 days remote working)

Responsibilities
* Initiate outbound B2B calls to multinational companies to identify and engage potential customers.
* Build and maintain relationships with Directors and Managers to generate high-quality leads.
* Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
* Manage your sales pipeline effectively, working towards monthly targets and KPIs.
* Meet clients face-to-face to strengthen relationships and understand their needs.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new industries and clients.
* Outstanding telephone manner and customer-focused approach.
* Experience with face-to-face sales interactions is desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems.
* Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting is desirable.
