Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the site, ensuring the project remains on schedule and compliant with all safety regulations.
* Oversee all on‑site activities and manage specialist subcontractors.
* Ensure high standards of health and safety and conduct site inductions.
* Monitor progress against the program and report to the Project Manager.
* Quality control and ensure the refurb is delivered to the required specification.
Requirements
* Valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and a CSCS Black Card.
* Proven track record in refurbishment projects (commercial or residential).
* Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
* Availability to start immediately.
