Responsibilities: Drive business growth by shaping and delivering targeted sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Proactively uncover new opportunities through networking, lead generation, and prospecting. Research market trends and potential growth areas to stay ahead of competitors. Design and roll out sales campaigns promoting bedrooms, dining, meetings, and event spaces. Strengthen partnerships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and local businesses. Take an active role in coordinating B2B outreach, site visits, trade fairs, and other sales-focused initiatives. Monitor campaign results, analyse key metrics, and produce regular reports to track performance. Work in tandem with the marketing executive and revenue manager to ensure promotional activity complements pricing and demand strategies. Manage relationships with external associations and affiliations, supporting wider business objectives.
