Reporting to: Head of Ticketing and Data
Closing Date: 5PM, 28 December 2025
Salary: £23,810
Hours: 37.5 hours per week including match days
Main Function:
• To proactively grow audiences, increase matchday attendances and revenues
• To proactively sell match tickets via inbound and outbound sales calls
• To help the club hit their targets and KPIs
• Work match days selling tickets and building relationships with supporters
Principal responsibilities:
• To promote a positive and creative approach to sales targets and promotions
• To plan and carry out marketing plans for your specific area of sales
• Selling, to meet sales targets via inbound and outbound sales calls for both seasonal and match by match, plus any other
products
• Manage call lists to generate business/customer sales across products
• Customer service, ensuring top level service throughout the season both on matchdays and during the week
• To grow the pool of active data and create wait lists for games and products
Other:
• To carry out any other duties and tasks as required by management and within the post-holders capabilities
• To assist in Tigers’ vision to become the best rugby club in the world
