Customer Service Manager Banbridge £30,000 to £35,000 benefits We are working with a successful NI business who supply a range of products into the entertainment, retail and associated markets across NI & Ireland to recruit for their new Customer Service Manager. As their new Customer Service Manager, you will lead all things customer across the business. Reporting into Senior Management you will be focusing on leading the customer service team, this will include; Customer Service Leadership, leading & motivating the customer service team Operational Management & Scheduling, manage team scheduling and resource planning to ensure service coverage and efficiency as well as monitor workloads, response times and service levels, making adjustments where needed Review and improve customer service workflows to remove waste and improve flow Lead and contribute to service improvement projects, from planning through to delivery What we are looking for Customer service team lead / supervisory or management experience to include; Strong people management and coaching skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage scheduling and resource planning effectively Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service workflows Project Management experience, including planning, execution, and overseeing service improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects Continuous improvement mindset always looking for better ways of working Office based, working Monday to Thursday 815am to 5pm and 230pm Friday finishes, the role attracts a generous benefit plan including health & well being program, health cash plan plus more.
