Job Opportunity: Site Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment Projects
Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality projects? Join our team and take the lead on Social Housing Refurbishment Projects, ensuring exceptional standards, smooth communication with stakeholders, and on-time delivery.
This project will be around the South Down area

Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day site management, overseeing subcontractors and ensuring project timelines are met.
* Maintain Health & Safety compliance and produce weekly order take-offs.
* Liaise closely with clients and customers, ensuring they’re informed and satisfied throughout the process.
* Handle documentation and manage customer queries efficiently.
What You’ll Need:
* Degree in Construction or similar trade qualification.
* 5+ years of experience with a Main Contractor (Social Housing experience preferred).
* Strong Health & Safety knowledge.
* CSR Gold Card
* Full clean driving license.
* Excellent ICT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Motivated, innovative, and solutions-focused mindset.
