In this pivotal role, you’ll champion our “Right First Time” ethos, driving continual improvement across the project and beyond. You’ll be a key partner to our construction team—sharing knowledge, embedding lessons learned, and fostering a strong quality culture that reduces errors and enhances performance. As part of the Regional Buildings quality team, you’ll help shape how we manage quality across the wider business, making a lasting impact on both the project and our future success.

* Materials: Ensure all materials being incorporated into the works have been assessed, are accompanied by the required information and have been accepted in accordance with our Material Approval Procedure.
* Records: Undertake reviews of the records we generate such as checklists, testing results and diaries to ensure they are appropriate, any gaps are identified and that we’re maintaining a Golden Thread of information.
* Issue Management: Ensure our non-conformance procedures are being followed, all issues are being recorded and actions are taken to prevent recurrence.
* Inspections: Undertake regular inspections of the works to identify areas for improvement, supporting teams and supply chains with necessary assistance.
* Promote Continuous Improvement: Drive best practices and share lessons to achieve better outcomes, sometimes delivering training to project teams and the supply chain.
* Ensure Smooth Handovers: Work with project team to compile the projects H&S file and O&M manual, enabling a defect-free handover and leaving a positive legacy.
* Produce Regular Reports: Generate reports for the project leadership, highlighting best practices, areas for improvement, and communicating quality performance.
* Implement Quality Systems: Support the project by implementing our quality systems and processes and contribute to the delivery of Regional Buildings quality strategy and action plan.
