Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance
Pro Staff Construction Ltd are working with a residential developer that is looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a new residential development in Pembroke.
Duties include:

Full site management from start to completion
*
Managing programme, quality, H&S, and site teams
*
Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining site standards
*
Snagging, inspections, and compliance with building regulations
Requirements:
*
Proven new build residential Site Manager experience
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Site Management), First Aid
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
