Our client is looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator to join their team.
Working for a well-established and respected company, our client is seeking someone who is looking to build on their HR experience.
HR Administrator Role:
Reporting to the Group HR Director, the role of an HR Administrator is to provide administrative support to the HR department across a full range of HR activities and central administration.
You will provide administrative support for investigations under the Disciplinary and Grievance procedures.
You will be responsible for managing all new CVs and responding to them appropriately, including organizing interviews.
You will handle credit checks and references for new starters, including managing the company car ordering process.
You will assist with the maintenance and updates of the HR computer system (XCD), including managing holiday, sickness data, and data checks.
You will also help organize internal employee events.
As an HR Administrator:
* Prioritize and manage multiple workloads to meet deadlines.
* Communicate professionally and effectively with candidates and employees.
* Organize your own time efficiently and work well under deadlines.
* Be naturally organized with paperwork and have good attention to detail.
