Key Responsibilities
1. Drive sales and profit growth in line with business targets
2. Manage direct French customers, leading R&D and commercial meetings
3. Handle technical, formulation, commercial and regulatory enquiries
4. Identify new brands and prospects through research and market intelligence
5. Prepare account plans, call reports and follow up on samples and leads
6. Maintain accurate CRM updates and track new business opportunities
7. Monitor sales KPIs and report variances
8. Collaborate with logistics, quality and finance on complaints and payments
9. Attend industry exhibitions, seminars and summits
10. Share market insights, trends and competitor updates with the wider business
Candidate Requirements
11. Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
12. Organised, detail‑driven and analytical, with excellent time management
13. Confident presenting to small and large audiences
14. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams
15. Passion for beauty, cosmetics and innovative ingredients
