We're currently recruiting a dedicated Area Catering Manager to help ensure the smooth running of operations in Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 32.5 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Planning and implementing growth & retention strategies for new and existing business through developing long-term account plans and a rolling lifecycle review process.
* Supporting the sales team to develop financially sound bids and proposals, and signing off final agreements to ensure operationally sound contracts.
* Delivering regional profit through leadership and support for teams within various schools.
* Reviewing school contract performance, identifying improvements, and ensuring contract compliance to exceed client expectations.
* Analyzing customer feedback trends to identify requirements and selecting appropriate company offerings to deliver customer satisfaction.
* Communicating strategy to the team and ensuring improvements are implemented to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including strategic client relationships.

* Have experience in highly commercial and price-sensitive markets.
