This isn't a role for rookies. We want someone sharp, commercial, and fearless when it comes to closing deals. Quick on your feet, confident on the phone, and never missing a chance to upsell – you'll be the magic behind the biggest celebrations of the year.
What you’ll be doing
* Owning & converting Christmas party and event enquiries.
* Turning “thinking about it” into “booked it” with speed and style.
* Building client relationships that last beyond December.
* Upselling festive drinks packages, party add-ons & entertainment.
* Smashing seasonal sales targets with the team.
* Flying the flag for Nightcap – bringing our late‑night energy to every conversation.
Qualifications
* A proven sales experience.
* Hospitality experience.
* Someone who thrives in the buzz of high‑volume festive sales.
* Confident, resilient & unapologetically target‑driven.
* Organised enough to juggle a full inbox while keeping clients feeling special.
* Passionate about nightlife, cocktails, and parties that don’t stop at midnight.
