The ideal candidate will join the current HROfficer and act as a key point of contact for advice and guidanceto managers and employees at our different sites as requiredregular travel between them will be needed. She/he will beresponsible for recruitment efforts new hire orientation andonboarding payroll and benefits company policy and procedureadherence disciplinary actions or employee termination. In additionyou will build strong relationships with our companys managers tohelp them with their human resourceneeds.
Tasks
* Providecomprehensive and practical advice and support to managers andcolleagues with organizational policies procedures and legalrequirements.
* Ensures compliance with companypolicies and procedures and legalresponsibilities.
* Handles HR admin taskspayroll and benefits administration.
* Effectiveand timely case management of people related issues such asdisciplinary actions performance or absencemanagement.
* Keep up to date with developmentsin employmentlegislation.

Requirements
* Provenexperience as an HR Generalist or similarrole.
* Strong knowledge of HR principlespractices and employment laws.
* Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills.
