Senior Sales Executive
We are keen to speak with individuals who have the drive and tenacity to work with some of the UKs most prestigious large corporate companies; selling our unique and exciting service into FTSE250/FTSE100 clients.
Joining our senior team, you will demonstrate experience of not just prospecting, but also closing, high income deals with the likes of senior managers, C-suite and industry experts.

The Role:
As Senior Sales Executive, you'll lead business development— identifying, pitching and closing opportunities with key decision-makers. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage your own pipeline of new business opportunities
* Engage and consult with senior stakeholders across a variety of industries
* Deliver effective proposals and close deals
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Represent Avena
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in environmental, waste or facilities sectors
* Strong consultative sales skills and ability to win trust
* 2 years+ experience in B2B sales
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Results-driven mindset with a passion for sustainability
* Based in Norfolk (some UK travel)
* Evidence of managing complex sales with more than 1 decision maker
