HR Administrator Leeds UOTC The Reserve HR Administrator working alongside the PSAO and RAWO is instrumental to the efficiency of the unit and must be skilled in all aspects of administration and finance. Support the PSAO and RAWO with all aspects of unit administration both manual and electronic. Operate IT Systems - JPA and any other IT System not specified. Support the PSAO with the annual recruiting campaign. Support the RAWO when preparing for SPS Inspections and produce monthly reports. Support training and other commitments as directed by OC Leeds UOTC. Act as the unit liaison for G1 administration if deployed on training weekend/annual camp due to the absence of the PSAO and/or RAWO
