Location: Oxford
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Compensation: £25,000 - £50,000 per year + uncapped commission (OTE £50K) + £250/month car allowance
Benefits: Business travel paid
What you will be doing
* Out and about, meeting residents and helping them switch to broadband they can bank on.
* Manage your own pipeline, turning conversations into customers.
* Drive performance by hitting and exceeding targets.
* Build relationships within the local community and internally.
* Be open to feedback, eager to learn, and adaptable in approach.
What you will bring
* Full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
* Driven by targets and results with solid sales experience, ideally in a face-to-face role.
* Friendly, confident and able to engage people in real conversations.
* Comfortable working solo, managing your time and hitting field targets.
