Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and site personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve any concerns.

* Strong management skills with a proven track record of supervising teams effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.
* Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the project are managed effectively.
