The School and the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate GCSE Food Technology Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Wigan on a full-time, one term cover starting September2026.
You’ll be teaching Food Technology across KS3 and KS4 (Years 7–11), delivering engaging, creative lessons that inspire confidence and performance skills. The school has well-motivated students, strong leadership support, and a clear commitment to professional development. Food Technology is valued within the curriculum, with opportunities to contribute to extracurricular activities.
You’ll be joining a dedicated and collaborative department, with access to good facilities, specialist resources, and free onsite parking.
