HR Administrator Permanent Very Competitive Salary on Offer Bonus Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, Friday, 8:00am – 3:30pm Coventry HR Administrator Job Description Deliver efficient HR administrative support, managing employee lifecycle data and maintaining accurate HR systems and records. Respond to HR queries via inbox and phone, escalating where necessary and ensuring timely resolution. Support onboarding, induction, and probation processes to ensure a smooth employee experience. Assist with payroll inputs, benefit updates, and compliance with right-to-work and security requirements. Contribute to HR reporting, process improvements, and preparation of employee documentation. HR Administrator Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Proven administrative experience, ideally within an HR or shared services environment. Previous experience in a HR shared service or administrative role. CIPD Level 3 qualification or willingness to work towards one. Exposure to UK employment law and HR compliance.
