Join one of the UK’s leading providers of forensic healthcare and make a measurable impact on quality, safety and patient outcomes. At Mountain Healthcare, we deliver critical services across Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARCs), custody suites and secure environments, working in partnership with the NHS and Police. We are now seeking an ISO 15189 Quality Manager & Auditor to drive clinical quality, strengthen governance and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our services. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on raising standards, influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring excellence in regulated healthcare environments. You will: Lead the implementation and ongoing compliance of ISO 15189 standards across clinical and forensic services Conduct and manage internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and continuous improvement Embed a risk-based quality governance framework, aligning operational delivery with regulatory expectations Analyse audit findings, incidents and KPI trends to drive data-led improvements Support services to reduce variation, improve turnaround times and strengthen clinical quality Act as a subject matter expert on quality management systems (QMS) and audit best practice Deliver training and guidance on ISO 15189, audit preparedness and quality processes Coach and influence operational and clinical leaders to adopt a “right first time” quality culture Contribute to organisational learning through effective risk management and incident reporting You will work closely with the Director of Governance and Quality, playing a key role in ensuring our services consistently meet the highest clinical and regulatory standards. We are looking for a quality professional with strong audit capability and experience operating in regulated healthcare environments. Essential: Proven experience working with ISO 15189 or equivalent quality standards Strong background in clinical audit, compliance and quality management systems Experience within healthcare, forensic, laboratory or regulated environments Ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical service improvements Experience influencing stakeholders and driving change across multiple sites Excellent communication skills with the ability to train, coach and challenge constructively Desirable: Lead Auditor qualification or equivalent Experience within SARCs, custody healthcare or justice settings Knowledge of CQC standards and wider healthcare regulation Why Join Mountain Healthcare Be part of a national leader in forensic healthcare delivering critical services 24/7 Work within a values-led organisation built on Being Kind and Doing the Right Thing Play a key role in shaping quality, governance and clinical excellence at scale Join a growing organisation within the RCI Group, combining specialist expertise with national impact Additional Information This role is subject to: Enhanced DBS check Strict confidentiality and data protection requirements Compliance with safeguarding, infection control and health & safety standards
