Interim HR Manager (Maternity Cover) Derry / Londonderry, Northern Ireland Competitive Salary (DOE) Fixed Term Contract - Full Time (40 hours per week) Standard office hours (flexibility available) An established hotel in Derry is seeking an Interim HR Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources within a busy hospitality environment. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, performance management, and payroll coordination, ensuring HR practices support operational excellence and exceptional guest service.
