Site Manager required for a 2-week holiday cover role on a residential development in Brighton.
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a busy residential site, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Site Manager Requirements
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid at Work
* Previous residential experience
* Strong health & safety knowledge
* Ability to manage subcontractors and site operations effectively
Site Manager Duties
* Managing daily site activities
* Coordinating subcontractors and trades
* Ensuring health & safety compliance
* Monitoring progress against programme
* Maintaining site records and reporting as required
