Your new role
As a Freelance Site Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of a construction site, ensuring that homes are built to specification, on schedule, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. You’ll be the key point of contact on-site, coordinating trades, managing timelines, and upholding their commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with health & safety standardsCoordinate subcontractors and site logisticsMonitor build progress, quality, and budget adherenceConduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate recordsCommunicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential constructionValid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificationsStrong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and maintain high standards under pressureA proactive, hands-on approach to site management
