As a Sales Executive, you'll be internally based within an established engineering business that supplies engineered parts into manufacturers and end users. These are proper conversations. You'll be speaking to production managers, engineers, buyers, business owners. People who know their world and expect you to understand it too.
Responsibilities
* Build relationships, follow up enquiries, turn quotes into orders, and spot opportunities others might miss.
* Understand customers’ needs through consultative conversations, not by bulldozing.
* Meet customers on site, see their operations, and strengthen relationships face to face.
Requirements
* Exposure to the engineering world: manufacturing, machining, fabrication, engineered components.
* Comfort with technical conversations.
* Attitude of building rapport quickly, reading people well, and adapting approach.
* A genuine, adaptable “chameleon” style in sales.
