Position: Admin Officer
AO Pay Rate: £12.97 per hour
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Belfast City Centre
Length of Contract: 31/12/2025
Hours of Work: 9 to 5 Monday to Friday
Purpose of role:
Administrative support to daily operation of Employee Relations department.
Main Duties:
Actioning tasks from shared task pad via e-mail.
Helping with queries from said tasks via e-mail, occasionally via phone call, and forwarding to relevant personnel to answer/action.
Following up on work if not received prior to deadline date.
Covering shared mailbox on rota basis.
Minute taking.
Mail duties – opening mail, preparing mail to be sent out, leaving to relevant section for posting out
Essential Criteria:
Must have 5 GCSEs including Maths & English (must be able to show certificates)

Successful Applicants will have to undertake a Basic AccessNI Check
Desired Criteria:
Previous NICS or HR experience preferred
Administrative experience preferred
